2. Accepting our Terms of Service

By using MMOGoldHut in anyway you automatically agree to our Terms of Service. MMOGoldHut has the right to change the terms of service at anytime and its up to the customer to stay up to date with our current terms of service.

3. ID Verification

MMOGoldHut reserves the right to request any of the following identity verification if we see fit, failure to do so will result in your order being refunded.

  1. Government issued ID.
  2. A selfie with your ID in the picture.
  3. Phone call verifiaction.
  4. Proof of address
  5. bank statements
  6. any other form of verification we see fit

4. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to use any of your personal information if you choose to attempt to defraud MMOGoldhut. MMOGoldHut reserves the right to release your personal information to third party companies in the event of a fraud attempt, including local collection agencies.

5. Refusal of service

MMOGoldHut reserves the right to refuse service to any customer without giving reason.

6. Loss of in-game funds after delivery is completed.

MMOGoldHut is not responsible for any bans/mutes/wipes or any form of lost funds or property after the trade has been completed. Although we've never had any customers experience this, there is always a possibility.

7. Refund Policy

  1. MMOGoldHut reserves the right to refund any order without reason.
  2. All sales are final, no refunds.
